As a training facility it was extremely important that any work carried out is done professionally, on time and with minimal disturbances to our business. ACS Ltd were asked to quote on the building upgrade and were eventually given the contract, as we felt their professionalism met our expectations, budget and requirements.
Coupled with a comprehensive project plan and good communication between ACS and ourselves, we were able to stick to the original project plan in regards to timeframes and budgets. Since the completion of the project we have continued to use ACS for other ongoing maintenance needs, although we still get quotes from other companies to ensure ACS rates remain competitive.
We have used All Clean Services on a number of occasions over the past year in respect of work and renovations to our properties. Services provided included preparation and painting, tiling and most recently landscaping. At all times we have found ACS professional and timely, with a no fuss, sensible and straight forward approach – coupled with good advice. Work is always completed to a high standard, in a reasonably timely manner (certainly in comparison with other trades people!). We are happy to recommend ACS to any prospective clients.
